This Project was a tough one, with the weather getting cold plus many layers of paint on this 1926 standard brick apartment complex it was time consuming.
Needless to say we got it done to the owners standard. This was a preparation for repairs getting done to the masonry. The paint was removed in order to see all of the bricks and mortar that had to be replaced. There was 6,000 sq. Ft of brick we cleaned so the masons could work there magic.

Here is a aggregate side walk through the middle of the woods. It was deeply covered in algae . The home owner was concerned about slipping when the concrete is wet. So we cleaned the concrete with hot water and the proper chemicals to restore the the concrete . The slickness of the stone was removed. Plus the concrete looks wonderful!
This deck was coated with a solid stain that could not hold up very well to the Wisconsin seasons. So we did a complete strip and sanded this deck down to the bare wood. This deck came out fabulous, with a good maintenance plan this deck will last decades.
